We enjoyed our long weekend and especially the time we had with Daddy! Chris has now left and we will not see him again for 3 weeks. It will be tough, but we will get through it. We spent the long weekend down in Omaha and it started off with a rummage sale. We then had some fun swimming outside, trying out a teppanyaki grill, visiting the Omaha zoo, and attending our 1st Omaha Royals game. It was a busy weekend and we had a lot of fun!
At the end of the week Ella and I will head back to Sioux Falls, as we have a busy week ahead of us next week as well! Including Leesa's wedding!
Ella is doing well - coming down with a little cold.... She is eating more and more everyday and we have discovered she HATES fruits. She will eat some if they are mixed in her rice or oatmeal but will not eat Peaches, Pears or Applesauce on its own. So odd... but that's ok, veggies are important too. We have been working on trying to get her to crawl, but so far she has no interest in doing so.

Leah hated those fruits too, and was not interested in crawling for awhile either!! Looks like we both have stubborn red heads on our hands!!
Can't WAIT for all the fun next week!! Hopefully it helps your time pass by quickly until Chris gets back! I am husbandless too all next week - Lindy will be out in Rapid too - he won't come home until the day of LB's wedding!
