Can't believe we have been in our house for 3 weeks already. Time has just flown by. We are pretty much settled but the storage room and garage still a complete mess! We are having a garage sale next weekend so are preparing to get rid of a lot of stuff that just won't fit into the new place. We enjoyed an afternoon with Leah and Jamie last week and also have been taking several walks around town with Aunt Moogs and did a little swimming in the backyard. It has been nice living in the same town as Aunt Moogs again, she is a wonderful babysitter! :)
We enjoyed a little getaway last weekend and took Ella camping down near Yankton on the River. She was a trooper and got to stay with Grandma Shelly and Grandpa Bruce in their camper while Mommy and Daddy stayed in the tent. We both agreed we will never tent again... we are so ready for a camper! Hopefully next summer!
Ella is so close to getting a couple teeth and she has not been in the best of moods because of it. She is really scooting around now, still no crawling though. However, she has learned to pull herself up on the couches and chairs and even us and we think would rather skip the crawling part and start walking. She does very well walking with assistance and while pushing some of her walking toys. We shall see! Happy 1st Birthday to Ella's friend Leah! Can't believe all the babies are turning one!
