Summer is coming to an end. We are really looking forward to the cooler weather and yet another holiday season! Chris is still in San Fran for his school and will be home Friday. Ella and I have done a lot the past 2 weeks including some shopping, visiting friends, yard work, I've applied for a part time job and also have Ella starting daycare after labor day!
We have determined that I am ready to get back to work, but I was not comfortable starting anything until I found Ella a good daycare. Well, today I did and she will start going PT until I find something FT. I am really excited for her and I know she will love the interaction with the other kiddo's.
This weekend we head to a wedding outside of Milwaukee. Ryan Linton and Anna will tie the knot! Amy and Amani will make it out for the wedding too and we're so excited to spend some time with them again!
Ella has started to get the hang of her sippy cup. Is taking about 7 steps on her own now, finally learned how to crawl instead of army crawl or scoot and is really enjoying eating animal crackers! She is also in a stage where if Mommy leaves the room she begins to cry and scream... another reason why we're excited for daycare! :o) It will be an adjustment for the both of us but it will all work out will in the long run.
We have also been enjoying the company of my cousin Jordan who is living in our basement during his finaly year at Mitchell Tech. It has been fun having him around too!
Enjoy the last few weeks of summer. Ever since school has started if seems as if summer is over for most people. I will do my best to update more often! Take care.
