October!

Well it is the big month of October, my 28th birthday is tomorrow! BUT WAAAAAAY MORE IMPORTANTLY ELLA TURNS ONE THIS MONTH!
We have been doing well lately. Busy with work, daycare, seeing friends and family, the usual.... Ella is still not completely walking on her own but can walk across a room as long as she spots something to grab at the end of her journey. She is getting into EVERYTHING, but has still been super happy! She is battling a cold and has gunky stuff in her eyes some mornings, we're thinking it might still be her tear ducts or possibly allergies. Something we will ask our doctor about!

We hope to have Ella off formula in the next month or so and eating big girl foods! She does well eating, but doesn't like the texture of anything other then baby food. So we do a little of both at every meal.

If we take our eyes off of her for 30 seconds she will be upstairs, she is a fast little climber and she also has a new found love for dunking her face in the dog water dish. Ugh....

We have been LOVING this stage and are enjoying each and every moment we have with her!

Lastly, we received WONDERFUL news a few weeks back... Megan found out she is having a GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We're so excited for Ella to have a cousin so close in age and so close to home. We have a feeling they will grow up and be close like Megan and I are, they'll be about as close as sisters are hopefully! :) My best friend Amanda also found out her second will be a girl as well! SUPER excited for all the spring babies!
