And there goes July...

I just can not get over how time flies in the summer time.

Here is a re:cap of our July!

Mommy & Daddy spent the first few days in July in Chicago, and Ella stayed with Grandma Shelly and Grandpa Bruce. From there we headed down to see Grandma Mary and Grandpa Dick in Missouri. On our little vacay Ella got to go to the Omaha Childrens Museum, Participate in a 4th of July Parade and see the KC Zoo. We spent the next couple weekends at home catching up on things around the house. We attended the Mitchell Rodeo and Parade, had a couple birthday parties and then finished out the month with a camping trip at Lake Madison.

Ella has been picking up new words each and every day and lately loves talking on the phone. Just about every time she sees our phone she wants to call someone and is very good with holding a jibber jabber conversation. We have been trying to capture a video of this as it is just hilarious. She has been trying new foods and starting to drink milk again out of a big girl glass. She has mastered drinking from a water bottle and cup and prefers to not have a lid. However, we still don't trust that 100% just yet. She also has taken a liking towards the potty and wants to go sit on her potty chair very often. She has yet to go, but loves to get toilet paper and pretend she is flushing.

Ella had the chance to go tubing and boating and just loves swimming in the lake or pool. She is definitely not afraid of the water!
